The Bulletproof Diet promises to help you “Lose Up to a Pound a Day, Reclaim Energy and Focus, Upgrade Your Life.” Those are some pretty lofty claims. You can also enjoy one portion of starch or fruit every day. What this does is basically eliminate sugar from your diet.
